Selective financial aid is awarded to support the production and broadcasting of a coherent set of quality works of artistic or cultural interest intended for initial public viewing on digital channels and contributing to the enrichment and editorial content of these channels.
The beneficiaries of the aid are production companies, legal entities, established in France.
Aid recipients must have at least 50,000 subscribers to a single digital channel at the date of the aid application.
Grants are awarded to help cover the following expenses:1° Expenditure on the production of works or the acquisition of broadcasting rights for works;2° Technical expenditure on putting works online, including expenditure on accessibility for people with disabilities;3° Expenditure on publishing and promoting works.
The amount of aid may not exceed 50% of eligible expenditure.
The amount of aid may not exceed €50,000.
The aid is paid in two instalments:1° The first instalment is paid when the aid is granted. It corresponds to 70% of the amount;2° The balance is paid after presentation, no later than eighteen months after the decision to grant the aid, of the supporting documents mentioned on the list in the appendix to this book.In exceptional circumstances and at the reasoned request of the beneficiary, this period may be…
