Subsection 1: Conditions relating to beneficiaries

To be eligible for aid for the restoration and digitisation of heritage cinematographic works, companies and organisations must meet the following conditions:1° Be established in France;2° Have chairmen, directors or managers and the majority of their directors who are French nationals or assimilated.
