Paragraph 2: Allocation of sums held in the automatic video editing account

The sums entered in the automatic video publishing account may also be invested to cover the following publishing expenses, relating to cinematographic works mentioned in article 611-14 : 1° Expenditure on the manufacture of media; 2° Technical expenditure, including expenditure on making works secure and accessible to people with disabilities; 3° Editorial expenditure; 4° Promotion and marketing expenditure; 5° Expenditure on subtitling and dubbing.

Videogram publishers have the option of investing the sums entered in their automatic video publishing account in order to contribute to the online distribution of cinematographic works under the conditions set out in chapter II of this title, when they also have an automatic online distribution account.
