The investment of sums registered in the automatic online broadcast account is subject to the issue of an investment authorisation.
The application for authorisation to invest is no longer admissible after a period of fifteen months following payment of the expenditure incurred by the on-demand audiovisual media service publisher.
Payment of the sums for which investment is requested may only be made on presentation of supporting documents corresponding to the expenditure incurred by the on-demand audiovisual media service publisher.
