Paragraph 2: Calculation in respect of availability on subscription on-demand audiovisual media services

Sums are calculated on the basis of the cinematographic works mentioned in 1°, 2°, 3° and 6° of article 721-6 being made available to the public on one or more subscription on-demand audiovisual media services accessible in at least two foreign countries during the calendar year preceding that in which the calculation is made.

The calculation is made each year by applying the following lump sums to each cinematographic work: – 1,000 € when the cinematographic work is made available to the public in at least two and at most four foreign countries;– 2,000 € when the cinematographic work is made available to the public in at least five and at most nine foreign countries;– 3,500 € when the cinematographic work is made available…
