Paragraph 3: Calculation based on selection for festivals

Sums are calculated for the selection at festivals of the cinematographic works mentioned in 1°, 2°, 3° and 6° of article 721-6 when the following conditions are met:1° The cinematographic work has not been released in cinemas or has achieved fewer than 50,000 admissions, in the countries and territories mentioned on the list annexed to this book, during the calendar year preceding that in which the calculation is made;2° The…

The calculation is made on a provisional basis during the first half of each year and on a definitive basis during the second half of the same year by allocating a lump sum of €4,000 for each film.
