When several companies together promote the same audiovisual work abroad for the same territory or for different territories, the application for aid for this expenditure is submitted by one of these companies only, depending on the agreement reached between them.

The amount of the direct allocation is set at:1° 40% of dubbing costs for each foreign version, up to a maximum of : – 70 per minute for two foreign versions per work chosen by the company;– €50 per minute for other foreign versions;– 8% of the amount of the sale for multi-territory contracts including more than three language versions. The President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée may, in the light of the prices usually charged in the profession, limit the amount of expenditure allowed under article 722-16 when the corresponding services are provided in-house by the company receiving the aid. The Commission des aides à la promotion audiovisuelle may be consulted for this purpose.
