Applications made under the provisions of this Title shall be considered only after the processing of applications for investments or advances already registered under Articles 232-8 to 232-12.
The investment of sums or the granting of advances is subject to authorisation from the Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.To obtain authorisation, the account holder completes, electronically, an application form drawn up by the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée accompanied by proof of the additional energy costs actually incurred.
