Chapter V: Provisions relating to financial assistance for the promotion of audiovisual works abroad

For the years 2020 and 2021, notwithstanding the fourth and fifth paragraphs of 7° of article 722-16, direct grants for the promotion of audiovisual works abroad may be awarded:1° For the production of a second catalogue per company, up to a limit of €3,000;2° For the production of two additional newsletters per company, up to a limit of €1,500 per newsletter.

For applications for selective aid for the promotion of audiovisual works abroad submitted to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée between 20 July 2020 and 31 December 2021, in addition to the expenses mentioned in article 722-19, this aid also helps to cover expenses relating to the development of new digital tools and the implementation of innovative marketing operations designed to promote a work or catalogue of…

The additional aid resulting from the application of articles 915-1 and 915-2 is not taken into account for the determination in 2020 and 2021 of the total amount of financial aid allocated for the promotion abroad of audiovisual works mentioned in article 722-8.
