Subsection 3: Specific rules for calculating sums held in the automatic account for promotion abroad in 2023

For the year 2023, the amount of the sums calculated for foreign sales companies for commercial representation in cinemas under the conditions set out in articles 721-12, 721-13 and 721-14 is increased by 5%, without prejudice to the application of the formulas set out in articles 721-19 and 721-20.
