I.-In New Caledonia and French Polynesia, each disciplinary chamber referred to in articles L. 4441-2, L. 4441-13 and L. 4441-16 comprises, in addition to its president, four full members and four alternate members elected by the body of the Association of New Caledonia or French Polynesia from among the members of the general assembly of doctors, dental surgeons or midwives respectively, entered on the most recent roll published by the…

Elections to the disciplinary chambers in New Caledonia and French Polynesia shall take place no later than four months after the date of renewal of the body of the Association.

Candidates meeting the conditions of article L. 4441-2 must be registered on the register of New Caledonia or French Polynesia and be up to date with their membership fees.

I.-At least two months before the date set for the election, the president of the body of the ordre concerned or, failing that, the president of the Conseil national, will send, by any means that provides a date certain upon receipt, to each practitioner registered on the roll of the ordre in New Caledonia or French Polynesia, information concerning the elections. Voters are the full members present of the Association’s body or, in the case provided for in the second paragraph of I of article R. 4441-4, the members present of the National Council. Voting by proxy is not permitted.

The list of voters may be consulted during the two months preceding the election by posting it at the headquarters of the professional body. This list is freely accessible on request.
