Subsection 2: Operation

If a member of the Disciplinary Chamber is no longer entered on the roll of the Bar or no longer fulfils the conditions required to be eligible for election, he shall be deemed to have resigned automatically. This decision is notified to the member by the president of the chamber.

Alternate members replace, where appropriate, full members who are prevented from sitting or who cease to hold office for any reason before the end of their term of office.
