Subject to the provisions of the sixth paragraph of Article 114, it is a criminal offence for a party to whom a reproduction of the documents or records of an investigative procedure has been given pursuant to this Article, to distribute it to a third party.
The offence is punishable by three years’ imprisonment and a fine of €45,000.
