Article 126-11 of the French Code of civil procedure

The president of the panel to which the case is distributed or his delegate, at the request of one of the parties or of his own motion, may, in urgent cases, reduce the time limit provided for in the articles 126-9 and 126-10.

It shall set the date for the hearing at which the priority question of constitutionality will be examined.

The Attorney General is notified so that he can make his opinion known.

Article 126-11

Le président de la formation à laquelle l’affaire est distribuée ou son délégué, à la demande de l’une des parties ou d’office, peut, en cas d’urgence, réduire le délai prévu par les articles 126-9 et 126-10.

Il fixe la date de l’audience au cours de laquelle sera examinée la question prioritaire de constitutionnalité.

Le procureur général en est avisé pour lui permettre de faire connaître son avis.
