Article 1281-4 of the French Code of civil procedure

The person responsible for distribution shall draw up a draft allocation within two months of the last notice provided for in the second paragraph of Article 1281-3.

He shall notify it to the debtor and to each of the creditors by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

On pain of nullity, the notification shall indicate to the addressee:

1° That he or she has a period of fifteen days, from receipt of the letter, to raise a reasoned challenge, accompanied by the necessary supporting documents, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, with the person responsible for distribution;

2° That in the absence of a response within the time limit, he or she is deemed to have accepted the draft and that it will become final if no challenge is raised.

In the event of difficulty, the time limit mentioned in the first paragraph of this article may be extended by the president of the judicial court to which the matter has been referred by simple request of the person responsible for distribution.

Article 1281-4

La personne chargée de la distribution établit un projet de répartition dans les deux mois qui suivent le dernier avis prévu au deuxième alinéa de l’article 1281-3.

Elle le notifie au débiteur et à chacun des créanciers par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.

A peine de nullité, la notification indique au destinataire :

1° Qu’il dispose d’un délai de quinze jours, à compter de la réception de la lettre, pour soulever par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception une contestation motivée, accompagnée des pièces justificatives nécessaires, auprès de la personne chargée de la distribution ;

2° Qu’à défaut de réponse dans le délai imparti il est réputé avoir accepté le projet et que celui-ci deviendra définitif si aucune contestation n’est soulevée.

En cas de difficulté, le délai mentionné au premier alinéa du présent article peut être prorogé par le président du tribunal judiciaire saisi par simple requête de la personne chargée de la distribution.
