Article 1281-5 of the French Code of civil procedure

Failing a challenge within fifteen days of the last notification referred to in the second paragraph of Article 1281-4, the proposed distribution becomes final.

Once it has the sum to be distributed, the person in charge of the distribution then proceeds to pay the creditors within fifteen days.

When the funds have been consigned, the person in charge of the distribution notifies the draft distribution that has become final to the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, which proceeds to payment within fifteen days.

A défaut de contestation dans les quinze jours suivant la dernière notification mentionnée au deuxième alinéa de l’article 1281-4, le projet de répartition devient définitif.

Lorsqu’elle détient la somme à répartir, la personne chargée de la distribution procède alors au paiement des créanciers dans les quinze jours.

Lorsque les fonds ont été consignés, la personne chargée de la distribution notifie le projet de répartition devenu définitif à la Caisse des dépôts et consignations, qui procède au paiement dans les quinze jours.
