Article 1300-3 of the French Code of civil procedure

The time limit for carrying out, where applicable, the formalities for land registration of the deed recording the change of matrimonial property regime runs from the expiry of the three-month period provided for in the second and third paragraphs of Article 1397 of the Civil Code.

The deed subject to publication is accompanied by the certificate referred to in article 1300-2.

Article 1300-3

Le délai pour procéder, le cas échéant, aux formalités de publicité foncière de l’acte constatant le changement de régime matrimonial court à compter de l’expiration du délai de trois mois prévu aux deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article 1397 du code civil.

L’acte soumis à publicité est accompagné du certificat visé à l’article 1300-2.
