In addition to the particulars prescribed, as the case may be, for deeds drawn up by a judicial auctioneer, a bailiff or a notary, by the laws and regulations applicable to these professions, the inventory shall contain:
1° The surname, first names, profession and domicile of the claimant or claimants, of the persons appearing or represented, where applicable, of the judicial auctioneers and of the experts;
2° An indication of the places where the inventory is made;
3° A description and estimate of the assets and a designation of the cash;
4° The active and passive consistence of the estate as it results from all documents, titles and papers presented and from the declarations of the claimants and those appearing…;
5° The mention of the oath taken, at the time of the closure of the inventory, by those who were in possession of the property before the inventory or who have lived in the building in which the said property is, that they have not misappropriated, seen misappropriated, or known that any has been misappropriated ;
6° The mention of the handing over of the objects and documents, if applicable, into the hands of the person agreed upon or, failing that, appointed by the president of the judicial court or his delegate.
