Article 1496 bis of the French General Tax Code

The municipal council of a commune whose territory was, prior to the entry into force of law no. 83-636 du 13 juillet 1983 modifiée portant modification du statut des agglomérations nouvelles, partially included in the area of competence of a community development syndicate created in application of loi n° 70-610 du 10 juillet 1970, may decide, by a deliberation taken before 1 July 1986, that all residential premises and premises for professional use in the municipality will be valued, from 1 January 1987, by applying the rates in force in the part of the municipal territory located outside the area of jurisdiction of the syndicate.

Article 1496 bis

Le conseil municipal d’une commune dont le territoire était, avant l’entrée en vigueur de la loi n° 83-636 du 13 juillet 1983 modifiée portant modification du statut des agglomérations nouvelles, partiellement inclus dans la zone de compétence d’un syndicat communautaire d’aménagement créé en application de la loi n° 70-610 du 10 juillet 1970, peut décider, par une délibération prise avant le 1er juillet 1986, que l’ensemble des locaux d’habitation et des locaux à usage professionnel de la commune sera évalué, à compter du 1er janvier 1987, par application des tarifs en vigueur dans la partie du territoire communal située hors de la zone de compétence du syndicat.
