Article 1500 of the French Code of civil procedure

An appeal may be lodged against an order refusing enforcement within one month of service.

In such a case, the Court of Appeal shall, at the request of a party, hear the appeal or the action to set aside the arbitral award, if the time limit for exercising it has not expired.

L’ordonnance qui refuse l’exequatur peut être frappée d’appel dans le délai d’un mois à compter de sa signification.

Dans ce cas, la cour d’appel connaît, à la demande d’une partie, de l’appel ou du recours en annulation formé à l’encontre de la sentence arbitrale, si le délai pour l’exercer n’est pas expiré.
