Article 1502 of the French Code of civil procedure

Recourse in revision is available against the arbitral award in the cases provided for judgments in Article 595 and under the conditions provided for in Articles 594,596,597 and 601 to 603.

The appeal shall be brought before the arbitral tribunal.

However, if the arbitral tribunal cannot be reconvened, the appeal shall be brought before the court of appeal which would have had jurisdiction to hear other appeals against the award.

Le recours en révision est ouvert contre la sentence arbitrale dans les cas prévus pour les jugements à l’article 595 et sous les conditions prévues aux articles 594,596,597 et 601 à 603.

Le recours est porté devant le tribunal arbitral.

Toutefois, si le tribunal arbitral ne peut à nouveau être réuni, le recours est porté devant la cour d’appel qui eût été compétente pour connaître des autres recours contre la sentence.
