Article 1502 of the French General Tax Code

I. – For each revision of the valuations, those liable for the property tax or, failing this, the council tax on second homes and other furnished premises not used as a main residence or an ancillary tax established on the same basis, are required to submit declarations under conditions set by decree (1).

The first paragraph is not applicable to persons liable for these taxes in respect of a property mentioned in I of article 1498.

II. – Owners who operate an industrial establishment are obliged to provide, at the request of the administration, all inventories, accounting documents and expenditure vouchers at the registered office of the establishment that are capable of proving the accuracy of the declarations provided for in I and article 1406.

Article 1502

I. – Pour chaque révision des évaluations, les redevables de la taxe foncière ou, à défaut, de la taxe d’habitation sur les résidences secondaires et autres locaux meublés non affectés à l’habitation principale ou d’une taxe annexe établie sur la même base, sont tenus de souscrire des déclarations dans des conditions fixées par décret (1).

Le premier alinéa n’est pas applicable aux personnes redevables de ces impositions à raison d’un bien mentionné au I de l’article 1498.

II. – Les propriétaires qui exploitent un établissement industriel sont tenus de communiquer au siège de l’exploitation, à la demande de l’administration, tous inventaires, documents comptables et pièces de dépenses de nature à justifier de l’exactitude des déclarations prévues au I et à l’article 1406.
