Article 1649 quater C of the French General Tax Code

Management centres, the purpose of which is to provide industrialists, traders, craftsmen and farmers with assistance in management matters and to provide them with an analysis of economic, accounting and financial information with a view to preventing economic and financial difficulties, may be approved under conditions defined by a decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

These centres are set up at the initiative either of chartered accountants or firms that are members of the Association, or of territorial chambers of commerce and industry, chambers of trade and crafts or chambers of agriculture, or of legally constituted professional organisations of industrialists, shopkeepers, craftsmen or farmers.

Des centres de gestion, dont l’objet est d’apporter aux industriels, commerçants, artisans et agriculteurs une assistance en matière de gestion et de leur fournir une analyse des informations économiques, comptables et financières en matière de prévention des difficultés économiques et financières, peuvent être agréés dans des conditions définies par un décret en Conseil d’Etat.

Ces centres sont créés à l’initiative soit d’experts comptables ou de sociétés membres de l’ordre, soit de chambres de commerce et d’industrie territoriales, de chambres de métiers et de l’artisanat ou de chambres d’agriculture, soit d’organisations professionnelles légalement constituées d’industriels, de commerçants, d’artisans ou d’agriculteurs.
