Article 1674 of the French Civil Code

If the seller has been harmed by more than seven twelfths in the price of an immovable, he has the right to apply for rescission of the sale, even if he had expressly waived the right to apply for such rescission in the contract, and had declared that he was giving the added value.

Si le vendeur a été lésé de plus de sept douzièmes dans le prix d’un immeuble, il a le droit de demander la rescision de la vente, quand même il aurait expressément renoncé dans le contrat à la faculté de demander cette rescision, et qu’il aurait déclaré donner la plus-value.
