They are liable not only for what they have already received in their building or car, but also for what has been delivered to them at the port or warehouse, to be placed in their building or car.

Ils répondent non seulement de ce qu’ils ont déjà reçu dans leur bâtiment ou voiture, mais encore de ce qui leur a été remis sur le port ou dans l’entrepôt, pour être placé dans leur bâtiment ou voiture.
