When someone is commissioned to do a work, it may be agreed that he will supply only his labour or industry, or that he will also supply the material.

Lorsqu’on charge quelqu’un de faire un ouvrage, on peut convenir qu’il fournira seulement son travail ou son industrie, ou bien qu’il fournira aussi la matière.
