The parties may also appeal the orders provided for by the ninth paragraph of Article 81, by Articles 82-1 and 82-3, and by the second paragraph of Article 156.
In this case, the information file, or a copy thereof drawn up in accordance with Article 81, is forwarded with the reasoned opinion of the public prosecutor to the president of the investigating chamber.
Within eight days of receiving this file, the president decides, by an order that is not subject to appeal, whether or not to refer this appeal to the investigating chamber.
If so, he shall forward the case file to the Public Prosecutor who shall proceed as provided in Articles 194 et seq.
If not, he shall order by reasoned decision that the case file be referred back to the investigating judge.
