Article 211-81 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

1° For cinematographic works belonging to the fiction genre, direct allocations are awarded when one of the following two conditions is met:

– five points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman;
– four points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman and one of the positions of author of the musical composition, chief sound editor or mixer is held by a woman;

2° For cinematographic works in the animation genre produced in two dimensions, direct allocations are awarded when one of the following two conditions is met:

– seven points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman;
– six points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman and one of the positions of author of the musical composition, chief sound editor or mixer is held by a woman;

3° For cinematographic works belonging to the animation genre produced in three dimensions or in volume, direct allocations are awarded when one of the following two conditions is met:

– eight points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman;
– seven points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman and one of the positions of author of the musical composition, chief sound editor or mixer is held by a woman;

4° For cinematographic works belonging to the documentary genre, direct allocations are awarded when one of the following two conditions is met:

– four points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman;
– three points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman and one of the positions of author of the musical composition, chief sound editor or mixer is held by a woman.

Article 211-81

1° Pour les œuvres cinématographiques appartenant au genre fiction, les allocations directes sont attribuées lorsque l’une des deux conditions suivantes est remplie :

– cinq points sont obtenus à raison d’une fonction ou d’un poste occupé par une femme ;
– quatre points sont obtenus à raison d’une fonction ou d’un poste occupé par une femme et l’un des postes parmi ceux d’auteur de la composition musicale, de chef monteur son ou de mixeur est occupé par une femme ;

2° Pour les œuvres cinématographiques appartenant au genre animation réalisées en deux dimensions, les allocations directes sont attribuées lorsque l’une des deux conditions suivantes est remplie :

– sept points sont obtenus à raison d’une fonction ou d’un poste occupé par une femme ;
– six points sont obtenus à raison d’une fonction ou d’un poste occupé par une femme et l’un des postes parmi ceux d’auteur de la composition musicale, de chef monteur son ou de mixeur est occupé par une femme ;

3° Pour les œuvres cinématographiques appartenant au genre animation réalisées en trois dimensions ou en volume, les allocations directes sont attribuées lorsque l’une des deux conditions suivantes est remplie :

– huit points sont obtenus à raison d’une fonction ou d’un poste occupé par une femme ;
– sept points sont obtenus à raison d’une fonction ou d’un poste occupé par une femme et l’un des postes parmi ceux d’auteur de la composition musicale, de chef monteur son ou de mixeur est occupé par une femme ;

4° Pour les œuvres cinématographiques appartenant au genre documentaire, les allocations directes sont attribuées lorsque l’une des deux conditions suivantes est remplie :

– quatre points sont obtenus à raison d’une fonction ou d’un poste occupé par une femme ;
– trois points sont obtenus à raison d’une fonction ou d’un poste occupé par une femme et l’un des postes parmi ceux d’auteur de la composition musicale, de chef monteur son ou de mixeur est occupé par une femme.
