The spouses mutually bind themselves to a community of life.
The family’s residence is at the place they choose by mutual agreement.
The spouses may not, one without the other, dispose of the rights by which the family’s dwelling is secured, nor of the furnishings with which it is furnished. Either spouse who has not consented to the deed may seek its annulment: the action for nullity is open to him or her within one year from the day on which he or she became aware of the deed, but may never be brought more than one year after the matrimonial property regime was dissolved.
