Article 223-10 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Aid for the distribution of repertory works within the meaning of article 223-9 may be awarded either in respect of a specific cinematographic work, or in respect of an annual distribution programme comprising at least three works, or in respect of a retrospective linked to a theme or an author.

Les aides à la distribution d’œuvres de répertoires au sens de l’article 223-9 peuvent être attribuées soit au titre d’une œuvre cinématographique déterminée, soit au titre d’un programme annuel de distribution composé d’au moins trois œuvres, soit au titre d’une rétrospective liée à un thème ou à un auteur.
