Structural grants are awarded to distribution companies that:
1° Regularly distribute new or repertory works. Companies that have distributed at least three cinematographic works during each of the two years preceding the application and that undertake to maintain this activity for the following year for at least three cinematographic works are considered to have regular distribution of previously unreleased works. Companies that have distributed at least three repertory cinematographic works during each of the two years preceding the application are deemed to have regular distribution of repertory cinematographic works. However, the six cinematographic works may be exceptionally spread over these two years;
2° Have submitted an application for aid for a specific work for at least three cinematographic works during each of the two years preceding the application and have received aid for at least half of these works during the two years preceding this application;
3° Personally manage relations with cinema exhibitors for the programming of the cinematographic works they distribute.
