Article 232-18 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The amount of the increased advance may not exceed six times the amount of the sums entered in the automatic cinema operating account of the establishment benefiting from the advance during the twelve months preceding the application.
However, this amount may be calculated on the basis of the sums entered in the automatic cinema operating accounts of several establishments, up to a limit of three, provided that these are located in the same municipality as the establishment benefiting from the advance and belong to the same owner, either directly or under the conditions set out in article 123-5.

Article 232-18

Le montant de l’avance majorée ne peut excéder six fois le montant des sommes inscrites sur le compte automatique exploitation cinéma de l’établissement bénéficiant de l’avance pendant les douze mois qui précèdent la demande.
Toutefois, ce montant peut être calculé sur la base des sommes inscrites sur les comptes automatiques exploitation cinéma de plusieurs établissements, dans la limite de trois, à condition que ceux-ci soient situés dans la même commune que l’établissement bénéficiant de l’avance et appartiennent au même propriétaire, directement ou dans les conditions prévues à l’article 123-5.
