Article 262-2 of the French Civil Code

Any obligation contracted by one of the spouses to the charge of the community, any alienation of common property made by one of them within the limit of his powers, subsequent to the application for divorce, shall be declared null, if it is proved that there has been fraud on the rights of the other spouse.

Toute obligation contractée par l’un des époux à la charge de la communauté, toute aliénation de biens communs faite par l’un d’eux dans la limite de ses pouvoirs, postérieurement à la demande en divorce, sera déclarée nulle, s’il est prouvé qu’il y a eu fraude aux droits de l’autre conjoint.
