If the case is not to be tried at the seat of the court of appeal, the case file is returned by the public prosecutor to the registry of the judicial court, where the assizes are held.

The exhibits are also transported to the registry of this court.

Si l’affaire ne doit pas être jugée au siège de la cour d’appel, le dossier de la procédure est renvoyé par le procureur général au greffe du tribunal judiciaire, où se tiennent les assises.

Les pièces à conviction sont également transportées au greffe de ce tribunal.
