Article 302 bis R of the French General Tax Code

A decree sets out the conditions for application of articles 302 bis N to 302 bis P. In particular, it determines the criteria and procedures for modulating the fee, in particular the classification of slaughterhouses, in accordance with the provisions laid down by Community Regulations (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs and (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules applicable to foodstuffs of animal origin and, where applicable, according to the sector concerned.

A joint order of the minister responsible for the budget and the minister responsible for agriculture sets the rates of the fee.

Article 302 bis R

Un décret fixe les conditions d’application des articles 302 bis N à 302 bis P. Il détermine notamment les critères et modalités de modulation de la redevance, en particulier le classement des abattoirs, selon les dispositions posées par les règlements communautaires (CE) n° 852/2004 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 29 avril 2004 relatif à l’hygiène des denrées alimentaires et (CE) n° 853/2004 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 29 avril 2004 fixant des règles spécifiques d’hygiène applicables aux denrées alimentaires d’origine animale et, le cas échéant, selon la filière concernée.

Un arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé du budget et du ministre chargé de l’agriculture fixe les taux de la redevance.
