Article 310 of the French Code of civil procedure

The judgment declaring the forgery is mentioned in the margin of the deed recognised as forged.

It specifies whether the minutes of the authentic instruments will be restored to the depository from which they had been extracted or will be kept at the registry.

The execution of these prescriptions is deferred until the judgment has become res judicata, or until the acquiescence of the convicted party.

Le jugement qui déclare le faux est mentionné en marge de l’acte reconnu faux.

Il précise si les minutes des actes authentiques seront rétablies dans le dépôt d’où elles avaient été extraites ou seront conservées au greffe.

Il est sursis à l’exécution de ces prescriptions tant que le jugement n’est pas passé en force de chose jugée, ou jusqu’à l’acquiescement de la partie condamnée.
