Article 321-2 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The award of financial aid for the writing, pre-production, production of immersive works is subject to the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty, in particular those provided for in Chapter I and Article 54 of Section 11 relating to aid schemes for audiovisual works.
The granting of financial aid for collective operations is subject to the provisions of exempted aid scheme no. SA.42681, relating to aid for culture and heritage conservation for the period 2014-2023, adopted on the basis of Article 53 of Commission Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014.

Article 321-2

L’attribution des aides financières à l’écriture, la préproduction, la production d’œuvres immersives est soumise aux dispositions du règlement (UE) n° 651/2014 de la Commission du 17 juin 2014 déclarant certaines catégories d’aides compatibles avec le marché intérieur en application des articles 107 et 108 du traité, notamment celles prévues par le chapitre Ier et l’article 54 de la section 11 relatif aux régimes d’aide en faveur des œuvres audiovisuelles.
L’attribution des aides financières aux opérations à caractère collectif est soumise aux dispositions du régime d’aide exempté n° SA.42681, relatif aux aides en faveur de la culture et de la conservation du patrimoine pour la période 2014-2023, adopté sur la base de l’article 53 du règlement n°651/2014 de la Commission du 17 juin 2014.
