Article 329 of the French Civil Code

Where the presumption of paternity has been set aside pursuant to Article 313, each of the spouses may request, during the child’s minority, that its effects be re-established by proving that the husband is the father. The action is open to the child during the ten years following his majority.

Lorsque la présomption de paternité a été écartée en application de l’article 313, chacun des époux peut demander, durant la minorité de l’enfant, que ses effets soient rétablis en prouvant que le mari est le père. L’action est ouverte à l’enfant pendant les dix années qui suivent sa majorité.
