Article 335 of the French Civil Code

Filiation established by possession of status established by a notarial act may be contested by any person who has an interest in doing so by producing evidence to the contrary, within a period of ten years from the issue of the act.

La filiation établie par la possession d’état constatée par un acte de notoriété peut être contestée par toute personne qui y a intérêt en rapportant la preuve contraire, dans le délai de dix ans à compter de la délivrance de l’acte.
