Make An Appointment

Article 351 of the French Civil Code

Placement with a view to adoption concerns wards of the state or children judicially declared abandoned. In the case of full adoption, it also concerns children for whom adoption has been validly and definitively consented to.

This placement takes effect on the date on which the child is actually handed over to the future adopters.

Le placement en vue de l’adoption concerne les pupilles de l’Etat ou les enfants judiciairement déclarés délaissés. En cas d’adoption plénière, il concerne également les enfants pour lesquels il a été valablement et définitivement consenti à l’adoption.


Ce placement prend effet à la date de la remise effective de l’enfant aux futurs adoptants.
