Article 352 of the French Code of civil procedure

If the application is justified, the case shall be referred either to another formation of the court originally seised, or to another court of the same nature as that court.

The decision shall be binding on the parties and on the referring court. It is not subject to appeal.

Si la demande est justifiée, l’affaire est renvoyée soit à une autre formation de la juridiction primitivement saisie, soit à une autre juridiction de même nature que celle-ci.

La décision s’impose aux parties et au juge de renvoi. Elle n’est susceptible d’aucun recours.
