The delegation may, in all cases, be terminated or transferred by a new judgment, if new circumstances can be justified.

In the event that the restitution of the child is granted to the father and mother, the family affairs judge shall make them responsible, if they are not indigent, for the reimbursement of all or part of the maintenance costs.

La délégation pourra, dans tous les cas, prendre fin ou être transférée par un nouveau jugement, s’il est justifié de circonstances nouvelles.

Dans le cas où la restitution de l’enfant est accordée aux père et mère, le juge aux affaires familiales met à leur charge, s’ils ne sont indigents, le remboursement de tout ou partie des frais d’entretien.
