The Public Prosecutor’s Office must be notified of:
1° Cases relating to filiation, the organisation of guardianship of minors, as well as actions brought on the basis of the provisions of international and European instruments relating to the illicit international removal of children;
2° Safeguard, receivership and compulsory liquidation proceedings, cases relating to the pecuniary liability of company directors and personal bankruptcy proceedings or relating to the prohibitions provided for by Article L. 653-8 of the Commercial Code.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office must also be notified of all cases in which the law provides that it must make its opinion known.
