With regard to the detained accused, the court may, in any event, by special reasoned decision, where the elements of the case justify the extension of a particular security measure, maintain the detention. For the execution of this decision, the warrant shall continue to have effect.

A l’égard du prévenu détenu, le tribunal peut, en tout état de cause, par décision spéciale et motivée, lorsque les éléments de l’espèce justifient la prolongation d’une mesure particulière de sûreté, maintenir la détention. Pour l’exécution de cette décision, le mandat continue à produire ses effets.
