The guardian may not, even with authorisation:
1° Perform acts which involve a gratuitous alienation of the property or rights of the protected person except as stated in relation to gifts, such as the remission of a debt, the gratuitous renunciation of an acquired right, the early renunciation of the action for reduction referred to in articles 929 to 930-5, the release of a mortgage or security without payment or the free constitution of an easement or security to guarantee the debt of a third party ;
2° Acquiring from a third party a right or claim that the latter holds against the protected person;
3° Carrying on business or a liberal profession in the name of the protected person;
4° Purchasing the protected person’s property as well as taking it on lease or farm, subject to the provisions of Article 508;
5° Transferring the property or rights of a protected person of full age into a fiduciary estate.
