For minors under guardianship, the guardian submits an annual management account, together with supporting documents, to the director of the judicial registry services of the judicial court for verification.
The subrogated guardian verifies the account before forwarding it with his observations to the director of the court registry services.
The director of the court registry services may be assisted in auditing the accounts in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Code of Civil Procedure.
The judge may decide that the task of checking and approving the accounts assigned to the director of the court registry services will be carried out by the subrogated guardian.
If the minor’s resources allow it and if the size and composition of his assets justify it, the judge may decide that the task of verifying and approving the accounts will be carried out, at the minor’s expense and in accordance with the terms and conditions that he shall set, by a qualified professional.
