If the court considers that the appeal is untimely or irregularly lodged, it declares it inadmissible.

If it considers that the appeal, although admissible, is unfounded, it confirms the contested judgment.

Si la cour estime que l’appel est tardif ou irrégulièrement formé, elle le déclare irrecevable.

Si elle estime que l’appel, bien que recevable, n’est pas fondé, elle confirme le jugement attaqué.
