Article 546 of the French General Tax Code

All the provisions of the legislation on trade in gold, silver and platinum materials, compatible with those of article 545.

A report will be drawn up for any shortages found in works manufactured with a view to export or delivery to another Member State of the European Union.

Sont applicables auxdits fabricants et négociants exportateurs toutes les dispositions de la législation sur le commerce des matières d’or, d’argent et de platine, compatibles avec celles de l’article 545.

Les manquants constatés d’ouvrages fabriqués en vue de l’exportation ou de la livraison à destination d’un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne donnent lieu à rédaction d’un procès-verbal.
