Subpoenas and service, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, shall be made by writ of bailiff.
Notifications shall be made by administrative means.
The bailiff may not instrument for himself, for his spouse, for his parents and relatives and those of his spouse, in the direct line ad infinitum, or for his relatives and relatives in the collateral line, up to and including the degree of cousin descending from the germain.
The writ of summons or service shall contain the designation of the claimant, the date, the surname, first names and address of the bailiff, and the surname, first names and address of the addressee or, if the addressee is a legal person, its name and registered office.
The person who receives a copy of the writ shall sign the original; if he is unwilling or unable to sign, this shall be mentioned by the bailiff.
