Article 603-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The judgments of the Court of Cassation in criminal cases shall mention the names of the president, the rapporteur, the other judges who delivered them, the Advocate General and the lawyers who appeared in the proceedings and, in addition, the surnames, forenames, occupations and domiciles of the parties and the pleas put forward.

Les arrêts de la Cour de cassation rendus en matière pénale mentionnent les noms du président, du rapporteur, des autres magistrats qui les ont rendus, de l’avocat général ainsi que des avocats qui ont postulé dans l’instance et, en outre, les nom, prénoms, profession, domicile des parties et les moyens produits.
